Modules

All our coilgun prototypes are designed with a modular structure consisting of four main modules: the accelerator module, the power module, the feeder module, and the main controller module.
These modules are semi-independent, communicate with each other using the RS-485 standard, and are interconnected by a cable harness or pogo pins. In the event of recharge, repair, or potential upgrade, these modules can be easily replaced.
They can also be used in your own system rather than being installed in our coilgun systems.
Accelerator Module

The accelerator modules of all our prototypes can be provided separately. They are exactly the same as those in the corresponding coilgun prototypes.
The accelerator modules can be integrated into your systems, for example weapons and research equipment.
For weapons, our modules have been integrated into systems such as robotic dogs. The main advantages are ease of control and integration, as the coilgun modules are fully electric, have no moving parts, produce no smoke or residue, and have lower recoil.
In research setups, for example Hopkinson bars and fluid‑dynamics experiments, the advantages of coilgun modules are high velocity precision and minimal disturbance (they won't spray gases onto the test subject).
Power Module

- Used in our coilgun prototypes, the KC572 and the line thrower.
- Integrated with a ~60 Wh battery.
- Integrated with a high-voltage, high-power capacitor charger (450 V, ~1.5 kW).
- Can be charged with a standard USB Type-C charger.
- Aluminum casing; waterproof.
- Connects to the system via pogo pins for fast swapping.
- Integrated sensors to detect the quality of pogo-pin contact.
